The hotel staff were very accommodating.
I encountered multiple issues during my stay. First, the room was clean but lacked attention to detail—like the sheets not being properly changed. The elevators had standing water, which felt unsanitary and unsafe, eventually impacting my overall experience.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the
room was quite small and felt cramped. On the bright side, I appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable bed. I'd suggest the hotel add more amenities for a better stay overall.

Why I’m torn on this
The staff was incredibly accommodating and the room had a fresh, pleasant smell. It was nice to enjoy a hot breakfast before heading out each day.
The area surrounding the hotel felt a bit unsafe, and breakfast was lacking in variety and availability during peak times.

Chill vibes, great stay
I was just passing through for a night, and it was super comfy. The AC hit just right when I walked in, felt sooo good after a long day! The bathroom? Totally nice, and that shower was pretty sweet. Breakfast was decent, and they had some cool snack options available too. Just wish parking was a bit easier.

I stayed for a quick visit to check out the local attractions and was overall pleased with my experience. The room was clean and had a fresh smell, and I found the shower to be excellent. The staff was always great, which made my stay more enjoyable, although there were some minor issues with the room size and amenities. I wish there had been a sofa bed as advertised, as it would have made things more comfortable for my sister and me.

Beautiful local eateries just a hop away! The fresh orange juice at breakfast was a real treat, and dining options like Rhinehart's Oyster Bar and Veracruz Mexican Restaurant really hit the spot. Plus, the hotel vibe was quiet and clean, making it a comfy crib to crash at after a day of culinary exploration.
But oh boy, the room could've used some TLC! I was charged more at checkout than I was promised, and damp elevators don't scream 'welcome' either. Housekeeping was a little lacking too, leaving me high and dry with unmade beds and no clean towels.

Evening surprise at check-in
The evening snack spread was delightful! Mingle with fellow Masters attendees over cold drinks and wings—nothing beats that atmosphere after a long travel day.
However, the room felt a bit basic and could've had more charm. It served its purpose, but I expected something a little more special.

I really enjoyed the clean room with a fresh smell. The air conditioning felt amazing when I walked in. The bathroom was nice, and the shower had great water pressure. I appreciated the shampoo and body wash. they smelled so good! However, there were some issues. Although the staff was mostly pleasant, housekeeping was quite irresponsible. When we returned after several hours, our room had not been cleaned. I was told to go downstairs for fresh towels and sheets. We even received a vacuum cleaner with exposed wiring, which felt dangerous. I reached out to corporate, but the response was pretty dismissive about my concerns. Overall, I loved the ambiance and comfort, yet the lack of proper housekeeping caused significant frustration during my stay.

Found this place suitable overall. The room was clean and functional with a fridge and microwave, and the hospitality was a highlight with complimentary food and drinks. On the downside, there were concerns about the area and some maintenance issues with the shower, which could use improvement.
